The County has received a Zoning By-Law Amendment application to rezone a property located on West Lake at 565 Wesley Acres Road.
The proposed rezoning is being sought to facilitate the development and use of a specialty summer camp on the property.
Currently zoned as Rural 2 (RU 2) and Environmental Protection – Provincially Significant Wetland (EP-W), the proposal seeks to rezone the property to a site-specific Tourist Commercial (TC-X) Zone and align the Environmental Protection (EP-W) Zone with the natural features identified on the property.
