May 2022 – The County has received a resubmission of Draft Plan of Subdivision 13-T-20-505 and Zoning By-law Amendment Z59-20 by the FLC Group. The applicants are proposing now proposing 432 residential units around publicly travelled streets. Out of the 432 residential units 21 residential units will be offered to the Prince Edward County Housing Corporation.
