13-T-26-501 - Watermark on the Bay Subdivision - Phase 3

The County of Prince Edward has received a request for a Draft Plan of Subdivision that would result in a total of fourteen (14) residential dwelling units consisting of single-detached dwellings, one (1) parkland block, and one (1) stormwater management facility block.
The subject lands are located at the current terminus of Navigation Drive, part of Phase 2 of Watermark on the Bay Subdivision.
The subject lands were previously subject to a Plan of Subdivision application, draft approved on May 21, 2014 to subdivide the land into forty-four (44) lots for single detached dwellings and two (2) blocks for parkland to be constructed throughout 3 phases. Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Watermark on the Bay Subdivision have both been constructed, which resulted in the completion of thirty (30) of the residential lots.
Prior to the final approval being issued for Phase 3, the original draft plan of subdivision lapsed. Therefore, a new Draft Plan of Subdivision Application is required to revive the previous approval. No amendments are being made from the previous draft approved plan of subdivision.
