Planning and Development Committee to meet May 7

April 17, 2025

The Planning and Development Committee will hold a meeting pursuant to Sections 22, 34 and 53 of the Planning Act on Wednesday, May 7.

The meeting will follow the new process that was introduced in January 2025. The meeting will begin at 6 pm at Shire Hall (332 Picton Main Street) with the live stream on the municipality’s YouTube channel. Members of the public who wish to provide comments can do so by contacting clerks@pecounty.on.ca to register.

Decision meeting will take place for the following application on May 7:

  • Applicant: West Lake Lodge Ltd. o/a Dunes Lookout Resort

Upon registering to speak at the meeting, members of the public will be emailed instructions on attending the meeting in person or a unique link and directions for participating in the meeting via Zoom.
