The Planning and Development Committee will hold a meeting pursuant to Sections 34, 53 and 22 of the Planning Act on Wednesday, September 20.

A combined statutory public meeting and decision meeting will take place for the following applications:

  • Rezoning File No.: Z36-22 – Jacqueline Hansford – 200 County Road 29 – Lot 108, Part Lot 107, Part Water Street, Plan 2 Consecon closed by PE54997 Part 4, 5, 7 47R4419 subject to PE176435; Ward 4 (Ameliasburgh) — Rezone to permit a second dwelling on a concrete pad formerly used as a garage foundation. The meeting will take place at Shire Hall (332 Picton Main Street) beginning at 7 pm.

The public is invited to participate either in-person, virtually, or through written comments submitted to the respective planner prior to the meeting.

Members of the public who wish to speak at the public meeting, either in-person or virtually, can register by contacting clerks@pecounty.on.ca by noon on Tuesday, September 19. Upon registering to speak at the meeting, members of the public will be emailed instructions on attending the meeting in person or a unique link and directions for participating in the meeting via Zoom.
