13-T-26-504 - Sterling Homes

Request

The County received an application for Draft Plan of Subdivision (13-T-26-504) that will allow for the creation of six (6) blocks on registered plan of subdivision. The Draft Plan of Subdivision proposes two blocks for residential development, a block for Parkland Dedication, a block for stormwater management drainage and two blocks for road widening on Cleminson Steet. Future Draft Plan of Condominium, Part Lot Control and/or building permit applications will also be required to facilitate development for specific parcels of land.

The lands are known municipally as 380 Wellington Main Street and have frontages on Wellington Main Street and Cleminson Street.
