13-T-501-25, OPA-01-25, Z15-25 - Hillside Subdivision

Request

The County of Prince Edward has received a request for a Draft Plan of Subdivision that would result in a total of 483 residential dwelling units. The developer’s intent is to provide 313 rental units and 170 freehold units.

The subject lands are located on the northeast corner of the intersection of County Road 10 and 22. 

The built form will consist of single-detached dwellings, linked dwellings, townhouse dwellings, and apartment dwellings.

An Official Plan amendment application has also been submitted to re-designate the lands from Town “Residential Area” and “Environmental Protection Area” to “Town Corridor Area” with the Picton Urban Centre Secondary Plan.

A Zoning By-law Amendment has also been submitted to rezone the lands from the current “Future Development (FD) Zone” to “Urban Residential Type Three (R3) Zone”, “Urban Residential Type Four (R4) Zone” and “Open Space (OS) Zone”.
