Request
The County received an application for Draft Plan of Subdivision for the subject lands which are south of the Vineridge Subdivision. The proposal is for a mixed-use development comprising of 244 single detached lots with frontages ranging from 9.2 metres to 13.4 metres, a total of 171 townhouse units consisting of frontages of both 6.1 metres and 7.62 metres and lastly 66 stacked townhouse units with frontage of 9.75 metres. In addition, two blocks are designated for higher density condo/apartment purposes with a total area of 3.06 hectares. The total number of units for the entirety of the draft plan is yet to be determined, as the number of units within the higher-density blocks will be finalized through detailed Site Plan Approval submissions in the future.

Second Submission – Received August 29, 2025. Technical circulation occurred in September 2025
First Submission – Received September 27, 2024. Technical Circulation completed in December 2024
