County Road 28 Subdivision (13T-22-503, OPA-03-22 & Z43-22)

The proposed subdivision (File No. 13T-22-503) consists of 11 single detached lots, a new street proposed off of County Road 28, and a wetland along the southern boundary.

The proposed Official Plan Amendment (File No. OPA-03-22) is to re-designate the lands identified on Schedule ‘A’ Secondary Plan Land Use Map of the Rossmore Urban Centre Secondary Plan to Village Residential Area and to adjust the boundaries of Environmental Protection – Provincially Significant Wetland.

The subject lands are currently zoned Hamlet Residential (HR-H) Holding and Environmental Protection – Provincially Significant Wetland (EP-W).  The proposed Zoning By-law Amendment (File No. Z43-22) is seeking to rezone a portion of the Hamlet Residential (HR) to Environmental Protection – Provincially Significant Wetland (EP-W), remove the holding provision from the Hamlet Residential (HR) zone and apply site-specific development standard to the Hamlet Residential (HR) zone.
