The County has received applications for a Draft Plan of Condominium, Site Plan Control & Zoning By-law Amendment to remove a holding provision for the subject lands located at the intersection of Loyalist Parkway and County Road 27. The owner is seeking to establish an estate winery inclusive of a restaurant/event venue, spa and 134 villas (accommodation units), these in addition to the existing production facility. A Draft Plan of Condominium has been submitted to permit separate ownership of the proposed uses.
