SP-01-26 (Base 31 - Village A Rental Building A with 8 Townhomes)

The municipality has received a site plan application for the lands north of Kingsley Road and east of County Road 22/Church Street, within the area subject to a Minister’s Zoning Order (MZO), O. Reg 125/25.
The lands are part of the previously approved Official Plan amendment and related Area Concept Plan that implement a master redevelopment plan for the Base31 lands.
The area of the lands is 1.42 hectares. Frontage is located on County Road 22 and Kingsley Road and will contain an internal private road network with surface parking in the centre of the site.
The proposed development consists of a seven-storey apartment building containing 120 units. The proposed unit breakdown is 14 studio, 40 one-bedroom apartments, 66 two-bedroom apartments. Also proposed are 144 parking spaces and 36 bicycle parking spaces.
In addition to the rental apartment building, eight freehold townhomes are proposed with garages accessed via the internal private road network.

Application deemed complete on March 24, 2026.
Technical circulation in April 2026.
