The County of Prince Edward has received an application for Site Plan Control and an application to amend the Zoning By-law (removal of holding “H” conditions) to develop a proposed expansion of the Drake Devonshire property at 20 and 24 Wharf Street in Wellington.
The proposed three-storey expansion will replace the existing detached house on the property with an enlarged covered pavilion, expanded kitchen, and 12 new guest rooms.
