The County of Prince Edward has received an application for Site Plan Control for Block 44 of West Meadows Subdivision.
This application originally proposed the development of two 5-storey apartment buildings for a total of 137 units and 245 parking stalls.
The Application has been revised to consist of two three (3) storey apartment buildings with 36 units each, for a total of 72 residential units with 73 parking stalls.
