Provincial Offences
The County of Prince Edward Provincial Offences Office oversees the payments of fines for provincial offences, violations of municipal by-laws and minor federal offences. In addition to collecting fines, the Provincial Offences Office processes charges, schedules court trials and prosecutes most municipal by-laws.
There are a number of ways to pay fines:

- To pay in person, visit the Provincial Offences Office at Shire Hall – 332 Picton Main St., Picton ON, K0K2T0, open Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
